Yes. We cut single-pane on standard sizes, and order insulated glass units (IGUs) to spec. Tempered/safety glass is available when required.

Yes — targeted tune-ups with weatherstripping, balance/lock adjustments, shimming/planing, and fresh sealant where needed.
We use a repair-first approach, epoxy consolidation for profiles, and like-for-like aesthetics. We can provide photos/scope notes to help with board/LPC expectations.
If a sash or sill is extensively compromised (>50–60%) or there’s ongoing water intrusion we cannot resolve by repair. We’ll discuss options that preserve the original look.
